SHIPPING

Parcels are posted within 48 working hours of receipt of the order.

 

TRACKING

Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email.

For Mondial Relay orders to a pickup point, you will receive an email after your order is confirmed with a link asking you to select the pickup point where you want to receive your delivery.

EXCHANGE

Products can be exchanged if there is a size problem.

The costs related to the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for 14 days after receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To submit a return request, please send an email to contact@maximemathieu.com specifying the order number.

Once the return request has been validated, you have 14 days to return your order.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, original condition, new and unworn. Any product returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be refunded.
